ANTICARCINOGENIC COMPOUNDS POTENTIAL OF SOME 1,2,4- TRIAZOLO[3,4-b]-1,3,4-THIADIAZOLES AND 2-THIOXO-4,5- IMIDAZOLIDINEDIONE CLASS

Because 1,2,4-triazoles exhibit a wide spectrum of pharmacological effects, which express a great metabolic polysemy, their structure interpretation is possible in terms of various metabolic pathways at whose level acts this triazoles. In this context, present paper propose an interpretation of the anticancer properties of light intrusion triazole compounds in the basic metabolism of nitrate taxa within some interactive systems binary type chemical / bio. Building experimental model oriented research from a double perspective. The first aspect is the chemical structure of the system (ie structural formula of the compound) following the classical model treatment function / radical, with proper definition of the two entities and with attempt to capture specific mutual influences. The other point concerns biosystems interacting with mentioned chemical systems. Their choice led to a progressive perspective on the interaction chemical / bio system. From bioinformational point of view, we can talk about an interpretation of the chemical structure system by the biosystem in terms of their skills. Bioinformational potential with higher evolutionary position is obvious (yeasts, fungi versus bacteria). Preliminary nature of the work allows for now poor results (quantitative), but in the same time there are generous perspectives for further research overview which we hope to fully materialize.
